You need a proper business registration (Chamber of Commerce), valid VAT number (for EU freelancers), and all the documents that show you're a legitimate business.
You handle your own tax returns, VAT filings, and bookkeeping. Consider hiring an accountant if this isn't your thing — it's worth the investment.
Business liability insurance is essential in offshore work. Disability insurance and proper travel/medical coverage are strongly recommended.
You're responsible for following working time regulations, rest periods, and offshore-specific rules. We don't supervise your hours — that's your responsibility.
As an independent professional, you build your own pension. There's no employer taking care of this for you — plan accordingly.

Standard payment happens after we receive payment from the client. With pre-financing, you get paid within 15 days regardless. Either way, no hidden charges or percentage fees.
The debtor risk stays with you. Our credit insurance adds protection but isn't a guarantee. If an invoice ultimately isn't paid, any pre-financed amounts may need to be returned.
If we introduce you to a client, we ask that you continue working through us for that client — during our agreement and 12 months after. That's fair play.
The intermediation agreement runs for one year and renews automatically. Either party can terminate under the conditions set out in the agreement. No lock-in drama.
Our agreement is governed by Dutch law, and any disputes go to Dutch courts. We're based in The Netherlands, so this keeps things simple.
